SR. DIRECTOR OF STRATEGY
Kim is a passionate marketing leader with more than 20 years of experience on both the agency and client sides of the business, specializing in establishing global branding, advertising, media, and measurement strategies. She has a deep understanding of creating integrated campaigns across traditional vehicles as well as digital and new media. Kim enjoys blending creative thinking with data analytics for optimal business impact resulting in numerous Echo and NEDMA winning campaigns for clients. She has also managed brand and advertising for EMC and Dell Technologies.
SR. DIRECTOR, ANALYTICS & BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
Emilie leads the Analytics team and our data visualization efforts. She’s worked in the client, agency and programmatic space managing Analytics teams, and she’s collaborated with many brands, including Starbucks, MGM brands, GM and University of Phoenix. Her notable successes include leading analyst time-efficiency improvements, creating training content ensuring campaign success, and developing an educational series on analytical storytelling.
HEAD OF PLATFORM & PARTNERSHIPS
Mindy is a digital media pioneer with deep experience in end-to-end media operations. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to launch offices and teams across the globe. Through her leadership role at IPG’s Programmatic Arm (Cadreon) she ran the client service team and rolled out their offering to global markets across APAC, EMEA and LATAM. Most recently, she served as Head of Agency Partnerships at Unity Technologies where she developed strategic media and creative programs.
DIRECTOR OF PLATFORMS
With expertise across paid social and programmatic/digital media, Cheryl leads our Social Media team in cultivating a holistic and strategic planning approach for MMWW clients. She has worked for notable agencies, planning and managing digital DR and Brand campaigns for Microsoft, Gap Inc., Macy’s, America West Airlines, First Union, and others. Cheryl’s passion for analytics and test-and-learn strategies helps us continually improve client results.
AD OPS DIRECTOR
Katerina began her career in lead generation as a website optimizer and SEM Manager then quickly grew into managing teams of Business Development reps and Ad Operations specialists. Since joining Media Matters Worldwide, Kat has worked closely with all internal teams to develop standard operating procedures and communications best practices that ensure every MMWW client campaign is set up for success in the most efficient way possible.

For 20 years, Jennifer’s cross-media knowledge has led clients to successful Brand and Direct Response campaigns with a wide range of goals and KPIs. B2B clients include Microsoft Cloud + Enterprise, Advanced Micro Devices, Ryder Logistics, Barclays Global Investors, and others, while notable B2C clients include Land Rover, PG&E, IKEA, ebay, Pine-sol, Aston Martin, Mendocino Tourism, e.l.f. Cosmetics, and Swet Tailor.

Denise is a media industry veteran with 15+ years of experience. She has worked on the development and execution of Brand Awareness and Direct Response campaigns for both B2B and B2C clients and is committed to delivering optimal results. Denise has a deep understanding of all channels, including programmatic, social, mobile, and connected TV, and includes emerging media opportunities whenever possible in her plans.
