Taji Zaminasli

Starting her career in 1996 in Broadcast and growing up in the age of Digital Advertising, Taji has an extensive Media background leading client strategy on brands including Nestle, AT&T, Bank of America, Pets.com, and General Motors. She possesses a deep understanding of data and analytics and has brought that to the core of Media Matters Worldwide.


As Co-Founder of Media Matters Worldwide, Josy has been instrumental in growing MMWW into the global media agency it is today. Josy’s career began at large agencies in San Francisco in 1997 and includes working on accounts like Microsoft, Turning Leaf Wines, Eddie Bauer, and Oral-B in both traditional and digital media. Her extensive experience in both B2C and B2B has helped shape the balance of the MMWW client roster.

Jamie Rice
Jamie Rice VP, Strategy + Operations

With her 18 years in Strategic Planning, Marketing, and Media, Jamie leads the team in building framework to effectively and efficiently drive to client goals. She is adept in running integrated marketing campaigns and has deep experience in digital media. Jamie has worked on ground-breaking campaigns at top agencies, partnering with notable clients like Microsoft, Intel, Citrix, Sony, Frito-Lay, Banana Republic, 24 Hour Fitness and Charles Schwab.

Ricky Kovac

Leading our technology efforts, Ricky is charged with developing strategic growth opportunities for Media Matters Worldwide. He has directed hundreds of digital marketing campaigns and mobile application deployments throughout his career, and is the recipient of numerous campaign awards. Ricky has steered multiple thriving software Engineering organizations and is co-inventor of one awarded a U.S. patent and two pending provisional patents.

Cheryl Friedman

With expertise across paid social and programmatic/digital media, Cheryl leads our Social Media team in cultivating a holistic and strategic planning approach for MMWW clients. She has worked for notable agencies, planning and managing digital DR and Brand campaigns for Microsoft, Gap Inc., Macy’s, America West Airlines, First Union, and others. Cheryl’s passion for analytics and test-and-learn strategies helps us continually improve client results.

Emilie Sanders Lee
Emilie LeeData + Analytics Director

Emilie leads the Analytics team and our data visualization efforts. She’s worked in the client, agency and programmatic space managing Analytics teams, and she’s collaborated with many brands, including Starbucks, MGM brands, GM and University of Phoenix. Her notable successes include leading analyst time-efficiency improvements, creating training content ensuring campaign success, and developing an educational series on analytical storytelling.

Rosaline Sutton

Rosey drives strategy on AXM, our internal trading desk, and brings a diverse skill set and 20 years experience in traditional and digital media planning/buying. Her client work at big and small agencies includes the Toyota, Blue Shield, and Marriott brands. Rosey is passionate about technology, strategy, optimization, and testing, and has proficiency with all key DSPs/Ad Servers, including DoubleClick Bid & Campaign Manager, The Trade Desk, and others.

Katerina Van Biene
Kat Van BieneAd Ops Director

Katerina began her career in lead generation as a website optimizer and SEM Manager then quickly grew into managing teams of Business Development reps and Ad Operations specialists. Since joining Media Matters Worldwide, Kat has worked closely with all internal teams to develop standard operating procedures and communications best practices that ensure every MMWW client campaign is set up for success in the most efficient way possible.
